Troy Larkin, a local of Manatee County and a proud graduate of Manatee High School, brings over 40 years of construction experience to the company. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial construction, earning a reputation for providing quality construction services and prioritizing construction safety—never compromising on standards.

Troy also holds a Master’s degree, combining decades of hands-on experience with strong leadership and business acumen. Additionally, he is committed to hurricane protection services, ensuring that projects withstand the demands of our local climate. Outside of his professional commitments, Troy is an active member of Bayside Community Church, where faith, family, and serving the local community remain central to his life.

Brooks' roots are deeply embedded in Manatee County, where he proudly graduated from Manatee High School, just like his father. He then earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida before joining his father in establishing a company that prioritizes quality construction services, integrity, and exceptional customer service, along with a strong emphasis on construction safety.

In addition to his work in the construction and home improvement industry, Brooks is a competitive strongman and has earned the title of 2025 Florida’s Strongest Man! He applies that same discipline, work ethic, and competitive drive to every aspect of the business, ensuring that each project reflects meticulous attention to detail and reliable hurricane protection services.

Brooks is also an active member of Bayside Community Church and is proud to serve homeowners throughout the community where he and his family have built their lives.
